Tabata Yoga (aka, Bootcamp-Ish) with Candice

Bootcamp-like intensity with tabata-style yogic movement. This class is intense and challenging. Modifications are always available and outlined by the instructor. Like bootcamp: you will sweat, however unlike bootcamp, no one will yell at you. 

This class is not yoga but will offer movements like those in yoga asana and is structured in the tabata style: There are four (4) class segments: (1) cardio, (2) upper body, (3) lower body, and (4) core. In each of the four segments, there are 8 activities performed at full intensity for 20 seconds each paused by 10-second breaks between each. After a segment is completed (same 8 activities, 2-times, for a total of 16 times at 20 seconds each for a total of about 6 minutes), participants take a one-minute break before moving to the next segment. This continues for 4 segments. Before segments begin, participants perform 3 sun salutation A and 3 sun salutation B. After Tabata, participants take a 10-minute savasana to close class.

Tabata Yoga (aka, Bootcamp-Ish) with Candice

Bootcamp-like intensity with tabata-style yogic movement. This class is intense and challenging. Modifications are always available and outlined by the instructor. Like bootcamp: you will sweat, however unlike bootcamp, no one will yell at you. 

This class is not yoga but will offer movements like those in yoga asana and is structured in the tabata style: There are four (4) class segments: (1) cardio, (2) upper body, (3) lower body, and (4) core. In each of the four segments, there are 8 activities performed at full intensity for 20 seconds each paused by 10-second breaks between each. After a segment is completed (same 8 activities, 2-times, for a total of 16 times at 20 seconds each for a total of about 6 minutes), participants take a one-minute break before moving to the next segment. This continues for 4 segments. Before segments begin, participants perform 3 sun salutation A and 3 sun salutation B. After Tabata, participants take a 10-minute savasana to close class.
